1. Fast Charger not working?

Please log a call with your charging provider via the number or link on the charger so we can do our best to get the charger working again as quickly as possible. We apologise you were not able to charge today at this charger.

2. Cars parked but not charging?

Unfortunately this is something that we can not control. People are people and sometimes they are not as community minded as we would like them to be. We do our best to monitor people parking in charging bays and ask them to move on when we can.

3. How do I plug in?

Please check your vehicle manual for instructions on how to connect to a DC Fast Charger. If you need further assistance, please call your charging provider via the number or link on the charger and our team will do their very best to assist you.

4. I have another query
